    1. We are hoping! So many people have blessed us with plants this year...that's why we have "surprise" squash. It's not a new variety, we just don't know what it is...yet! ;)

    1. Hi Comeca! Bone meal...isn't there a lot of "behind the scenes" things to do to get it all going good? :) I have been fighting the good fight for the tomatillos- hand picking nasty mexican beetle worms off (every day for a week!), only to have them get hit with powdery mildew, and now a batch of cucumber beetles! So thankful that there are still a bunch of tomatillos growing healthy and getting bigger...we may have salsa yet! I'll keep you posted. :)

  4. Your garden looks great! Im glad your tomatillos are growing. Hope those heirlooms do something this year. :) I really like that madavilla, haven't seen one of those before.

    1. Thanks :) And, you busted me! I saw earlier that I accidentally left out the "n" in "mandavilla" (no wonder it's mad!). :) Don't try to google it the way it was spelled before! And, I'm very thankful we still are getting a ton of tomatillos. I am still needing to watch them like crazy, to make sure nothing else attacks them. Sure would be nice to get a bunch of tomatoes! ;)
